Chief Financial Officer
Lead financial strategy, M&A deal structuring, capital allocation, and investor relations as Cyber Profound scales its national acquisition program. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate finance, private equity or investment banking, and multi-entity financial operations.
Chief Operating Officer
Oversee day-to-day platform operations, post-acquisition integration, shared services buildout, and operational excellence across the portfolio. Requires proven experience leading complex, multi-site technology or services organizations at scale.
Chief Legal Officer
Direct all legal affairs including M&A transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, IP protection, and risk management. Candidates should have significant experience in technology M&A, cybersecurity regulations, and multi-jurisdictional corporate law.
Investment Banker
Source, evaluate, and execute cybersecurity acquisitions across the United States. We seek a seasoned investment banking professional with a strong deal track record in technology services M&A, buy-side advisory, and capital markets.
Tax Partner
Advise on tax-efficient deal structuring, multi-entity tax planning, and compliance across a growing portfolio of acquisitions. Ideal candidates are current or former Big Four tax partners with M&A and technology sector experience.
